Futureprint Netball Club was founded in 1987. We began with a group of 12 year olds who wanted to play netball outside school and found there was nowhere to go. And so Futureprint became the first Junior Netball Club in the county. The Club very quickly grew to more than 120 members aged from 8 to over 40, consisting of 12 junior teams and 2 senior teams all playing in local leagues. This year for the first time we introduced High 5 netball. We are delighted that we have brought 40 new youngsters into the game who have all thoroughly enjoyed themselves both at training and in tournaments. The Club is very proud of its tradition in producing county players in all age groups, regional players from U16to senior and even an England player, Jemma Sampson, who represented her Country for 6 years.
We are also proud of our team of well qualified and experienced coaches and umpires. A team that is constantly expanding as our juniors take on more responsibility and parents also come forward to help.
We are always looking for ways to improve in every aspect of the Club and welcome new members whether they are players, volunteers or qualified officials.
If you think you would like to be part of this great Club give us a call or contact us by email. We will be delighted to hear from you.
